I serve as Department Head of Intercultural Studies/Missions.
Discipleship Travel LLC 09/2012 – Present
As the founder/owner of Discipleship Travel LLC, I am responsible for marketing and management of the company. I design itineraries and sell group travel to Israel and other international destinations for educational or ministry purposes. In addition to selling travel packages, I often accompany groups as guide and teacher.

I served as chair of Intercultural Studies and professor of Bible.
Baptist Representative in Israel 01/1996 – 06/2011
As a Baptist representative, I was involved in a broad range of local and national evangelism projects (e.g., beach outreach; music and new age festivals; sporting events; bus, poster, billboard, and newspaper advertising, etc.); church planting, and discipleship.
During 15 years of ministry in Israel, I helped plant and grow a church in Jerusalem and served on the leadership team at two other congregations in Tel Aviv and Hadera.
In addition to the above, I helped develop a community enrichment sports program with the Baptist Convention of Israel, which included the construction and development of a baseball/softball complex. I was also identified by the Israeli government as “Pastor of Baseball.”
Israel Association of Baseball 1999 – 2010
I designed and implemented a national training program through which national team players were selected and trained. I also helped design and teach a variety of clinics for coaches, players, and umpires in Israel and Jordan.

After my first stint in Israel as a grad student/church planter, I served TBC in facility readiness and as an assistant-pastor in a 125-member single adult ministry. I was also licensed and ordained at this church.

Boston Baptist College 2008 – 2011
As an adjunct faculty member, I was responsible to design and lead the Spring Israel Tour. In addition to lecturing on location, I also graded research papers related to the course.
Master’s College – Israel Bible Extension (IBEX) 05/10-25/2009
I was the co-teacher (with Dr. Doug Bookman) and guide for the Chorale Study Tour that was comprised of 90 participants, including students and support staff.
